  1. Please fill in the paper ID (last 4 digits only). An accepted paper must be registered by 1 July 2008 by at least one author.
  2. Each registration covers One Paper only. For each additional paper, additional fee of SGD420 / USD300 applies.
  3. Over length page charge at SGD140 / USD100 each is payable if your paper exceeds the six-page limit. No author may exceed eight pages for each paper

Part 2. Registration & Fees (all fees are GST inclusive)
  1. Standard registration (Member & Non-Member) includes proceedings CD, access to all sessions, daily lunches, coffee/tea, reception & conference dinner.
  2. Student registration excludes conference dinner. Proof of student status compulsory. Please email / fax a student verification letter to the conference secretariat (fax: +65 6341 7269 email: info@icmit2008.org) together with the Registration ID. The letter should include:
    1) Student name
    2) Student matriculation number (student ID)
    3) Expiration date
    4) University name

Discount for Group Registration

5 to 9 participants: 10%

Withdrawal / Cancellation Policy:

  1. Authors: There will be no refund for registration withdrawal/cancellation by authors.
  2. Non Authors: No refund for cancellation after 31 July
    For cancellation received on and before 31 July, an administration fee of SGD100/USD80 applies.
  3. A substitute may be allowed provided such a notice and the particulars of the substitute are received by the Secretariat office before 1 September.
